I take on very few weddings due to the time and work that go into them; however, if you'd like my services for your big day then feel free to contact me and I'll do everything I can to accommodate your needs.
FAQ
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the shooting date.
When will I receive my photos?
I always ensure your photos are with you as soon as practically possible, though I spend a lot of time making sure they're edited to a high standard. Typically, photos will take around three weeks to be delivered, though this may be extended during peak times such as around Christmas time.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the Session to reschedule without losing the deposit (rescheduling is subject to availability). Cancellations without a rescheduling will result in the loss of the deposit. Please see my terms and conditions for additional information.
Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?
I offer high-resolution JPEG images delivered online via a Microsoft OneDrive link; however, if you need them via a different format then just let me know.
Prints and albums are available on request - just ask for further details.
What happens if I'm running late for my session? Will I lose out on any time I've booked?
Late arrivals may result in a reduced shooting time, though a grace period of fifteen minutes will apply. Communication of any expected delays must be provided as soon as reasonably possible.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
I'd be happy to consider travelling for your special day as I have my own transport; however, mileage would be charged at £0.45 per mile for anything above a 20 mile round-trip. If your wedding is abroad then I'd consider travelling as long as all travel costs were covered.
Can we meet before the session?
Absolutely! We can either do a virtual meeting or meet in person - just let me know your preference.
Do you offer group cosplay shoots?
Yes! Group cosplay sessions are a fantastic way to capture the unique interactions between characters. Whether you're part of a duo, a full cast, or a themed meetup, I’ll work with you to plan poses, locations, and lighting that highlight each character. Group rates are available, and I can also accommodate mini individual portraits during the session.
